Founder's Story

After working for eight entrepreneurial companies in leadership roles of CFO, COO, and CHRO, Lisa Blanton  wanted to make an even more significant impact in the workplace, so she launched a professional services consulting firm, Austin Alliance Group in August 2018. Since then, Lisa has built a team of wickedly smart and talented professionals that make up Austin Alliance Group – seasoned and certified subject matter experts whose passion is to help organizations pivot when needed and thrive.
