Customized coaching

We develop and deliver customized coaching sessions to meet the needs of an individual, group or entire organization. Professional coaches with the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group act as a neutral third party to help organizations and individuals work through problems and challenges, make decisions, design a plan of action and reach goals.

After the coaching sessions, the results are integrated into a solid action plan. The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group provides continued support to make sure new individual and team behaviors are supported by proper organization and HR systems.

Coaching Sessions

Initial Interview(s) and Analysis

The coaching process begins with an initial conversation and needs assessment with identified stakeholders and the individual being coached (the client) in separate sessions. This is followed by collecting additional data and profiles through surveys, performance analysis software and more.

Integrated Feedback

The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach and the client meet to review the results of the initial interviews as they pertain to current challenges. Information from the stakeholder conversations, surveys and performance analysis is integrated into this meeting and discussed.

Personal Action Plan

A personal action plan form is completed by the client with the support and assistance of the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach. The client is also expected to identify an internal accountability coach and share this plan of action with them. The internal coach agrees to provide feedback to the client throughout the on-going process.

Coaching Conversations

The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach and the client continue conversations about the action plan, typically for three to four months. These coaching sessions can be conducted either by phone or face-to-face.The client also has access to the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach via e-mail or phone for communications between coaching sessions.

Follow Up

As a final step, the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach from the will arrange a follow up meeting with the client and the client’s supervisor or the identified stakeholders in order to recognize the gains made and reinforce the action plan.
