Coaching

ike a professional sports team, your organization can use coaching to provide situational guidance and address crises promptly. Like every new game, there is no strategy that fits every situation. The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group pulls from a variety of talents, tools and resources to meet the specific needs of each client; there is no one-size-fits-all process.

We develop and deliver customized coaching sessions to meet the needs of an individual, group or entire organization. Professional coaches with the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group act as a neutral third party to help organizations and individuals work through problems and challenges, make decisions, design a plan of action and reach goals.

The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group will coach your team to a winning performance (available in central Texas, as well as nationwide). With a playbook of dynamic listening, asking the right questions, paraphrasing and encouragement; we coach your employees and managers to identify obstacles, adjust processes and behaviors, unify around common objectives and perform together as a team.

Our coaching solutions are commonly focused on performance improvement, career development or conflict management. All solutions follow a goal-focused process that is clearly linked to business and stakeholder needs.

COACHING SESSIONS

Initial Interview(s) and Analysis

The coaching process begins with an initial conversation and needs assessment, with identified stakeholders and the client – individual being coached – in separate sessions. This is followed by collecting additional data and profiles through surveys, performance analysis software and more.

Integrated Feedback

The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach and the client meet to review the results of the initial interviews as they pertain to current challenges. In this meeting, we discuss and integrate information from the stakeholder conversations, surveys and performance analysis.

Personal Action Plan

With the support and assistance of the coach, the client completes a personal action plan. The client is also expected to identify an internal accountability coach and share this plan of action with him or her. The internal coach agrees to provide feedback to the client throughout the on going process.

Coaching Conversations

The coach and the client continue conversations about the action plan, typically for three to four months. These coaching sessions can be conducted either by phone or face-to-face. The client also has access to the coach via e-mail or phone for communications between coaching sessions.

Follow Up

As a final step, the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group coach will arrange a follow-up meeting with the client and the client’s supervisor or the identified stakeholders in order to recognize the gains and reinforce the action plan.
